Hi ATX Coffee World,
We've been working hard behind the scenes to bring you a coffee blog, written by and for the Austin coffee community.
Our official blog launch includes two pieces:
- Cafés, Community, and Composition: The Central Texas Composers Story by Brittney Benavidez Smith
- Coffee Grounds by Nick Bigger
Both are written by local musicians—makes sense, since we're in the Live Music Capital of the World!
Brittney's post explores how coffee shops are creative hubs to connect and collaborate, while Nick's looks into Austin's growing coffee culture/community and a city proposal to potentially make it easier to open coffee businesses.
As we grow ATX Coffee World and the blog, we hope to inspire you to check out new coffee places around here, learn things about coffee you never even knew there was to learn, and connect with other caffeinated members in the community.
