The scoop
Slo Burn is a pop-up coffee and matcha concept that moves through different spaces across Austin, pouring what it calls "crafted coffee, tea & ember syrups." Since July 2026 its Sunday home has been Cape Bottle Room, a South African wine bar on San Marcos St.
Founder Briana Deuitch says the brand "started as a slow and quiet idea": a way to share intentional drinks and sensory moments with the community. Slo Burn is a proud Black-owned business.
