Cookie pop-up
Batchi Cookies
Handmade cookies in a new batch of flavors every month.
The scoop
Batchi bakes its cookies by hand ("handmade with love by my two hands," as Emi signs the site) and swaps in a new lineup of flavors every month. Between pop-ups at Austin coffee shops, the cookies ship anywhere in the US.
