Trianon Coffee

Westlake roastery and cafe hand-roasting coffee in small batches since 1985.

The scoop

Trianon Coffee is a cafe and roastery in the Westlake area of Austin that has hand-roasted coffee in small batches since 1985. The shop offers more than 30 coffees, including single-origin beans from places like Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Brazil alongside house blends. Alongside coffee, Trianon serves breakfast tacos from Taco Deli and bagels baked in-house from Rosen's Bagels, and keeps a free bookable conference room for customers.

Trianon opened in 1985 under Norma and Edmond Bazerghi, taking its name from the Trianon retreat at the Palace of Versailles. Roaster Charles Emile Lauriat has led the roasting program for nearly 15 years, continuing the shop's hand-crafted, small-batch tradition.
