Coffeyeh is a Palestinian-owned specialty coffee shop in Cedar Park whose name plays on "keffiyeh," the traditional scarf worn by Palestinian men. The espresso menu is built on a house blend of Ethiopian, Guatemalan, Brazilian, and Indonesian beans, including a signature latte made with a traditional Palestinian syrup. Owners Ziad Bader and Kareem Soufan, both Palestinian, opened Coffeyeh on May 16, 2025 in Cedar Park. The shop's name and design nod to their heritage while also weaving in Mexican cultural touches.
