The scoop
Dazzle Coffee & Smoothies is a drive-thru coffee stand in Pflugerville, just 12 feet wide and 28 feet long, with separate order and pickup windows for fast service. It pours hot and cold espresso drinks, smoothies made with 100% crushed fruit, and its own frozen coffee drink called the Frezian, plus fruity Red Bulls and teas, using premium Arabica beans and Ghirardelli chocolate and caramel syrups. A former Round Rock location closed permanently in July 2024; the original Pflugerville drive-thru remains open.
Dazzle Coffee was started in 2006 by a founder named Corey, who conceived the idea while in Belize after years managing coffee shops in Seattle and Austin. The Pflugerville drive-thru has served the community for nearly two decades. The company later opened a Round Rock location, which permanently closed in July 2024, leaving Pflugerville as the sole remaining location.
