The scoop
MorninGlory is a Lakeway brunch and coffee spot serving breakfast and lunch all day, with sweet brunch favorites and hearty savory plates. Drinks include coffee, tea, superfood lattes, smoothies and mimosas. It is walk-in only, first come, first served.
MorninGlory held its soft opening on July 17, 2023. Chef Gabriel Chaparro and his fiancee Briana Balint are co-owners, with business partners Evan and Chelsea Richardson of Dripping Springs; the group began planning the concept in early 2022.
