The scoop
Muse Coffee Truck is a walk-up coffee stand parked at 5201 N Lamar, slinging espresso drinks, matcha lattes, and cold brews to the Brentwood/Crestview crowd. It's a Black-owned, queer-owned operation built around quick, friendly service rather than a sit-down cafe experience.
Founder Adryan Brown started Muse as a mobile coffee truck with the goal of making specialty coffee feel inclusive of Black ownership and Black creativity. As of 2026 the truck has been running a fundraiser to open a permanent brick-and-mortar Muse Coffee location in East Austin, envisioned as a community 'third place' featuring local artists.
