The scoop
Codependent is a coffee house and cocktail lounge in one room at 301 West Ave, Suite 110. Espresso and drip coffee start at 8am, with breakfast tacos, wraps and paninis, then cocktails, zero-proof drinks, wine and beer later. It has communal tables, wifi, a laptop policy, DJ sets and live music.
Created by Urbanspace Real Estate + Interiors, Codependent was reported open in October 2021. Urbanspace principals Kevin Burns and Merrill Alley designed it as a lounge that also works as a neighborhood coffee shop, with a terrazzo coffee bar on a brass base.
