A coffee and juice bar tucked into the courtyard of the South Congress Hotel, serving Cuvée Coffee espresso drinks, cold-pressed juices, and Instagram-favorite specialty matchas alongside a full bakery case. Housemade pastries, breakfast tacos, and a daily pastry happy hour round out the menu.
Mañana opened March 15, 2016 as part of the South Congress Hotel, developed by Austin hospitality group New Waterloo. Executive chef Michael Paley created the coffee and juice program and pastry chef Amanda Rockman crafts the baked goods, with the courtyard space designed by Studio MAI.
