A woman-owned community cafe in a converted house on the corner of W. Koenig and Arroyo Seco, serving espresso drinks, European baked goods, savory pies, and quiches alongside beer, wine, and prosecco. There's a fenced backyard with a playscape and an indoor family room, making it a longtime gathering spot for North Austin neighbors. In May 2026 founder Suzanne Daniels announced she is stepping away from day-to-day ownership for financial reasons, but the cafe remains open while she seeks a buyer or new operator for the space.

Suzanne Daniels spotted a for-lease sign at 1601 W. Koenig Lane in fall 2015 and opened Brentwood Social House about a year later, on election night 2016, with the goal of building a physical space for connection in her own neighborhood. Over roughly ten years it grew into a community hub hosting catering, events, and an afternoon tea service. In May 2026, citing a 25% rise in cost of goods and declining customer counts, Daniels announced she no longer has the capacity to keep running the business and is seeking a buyer, new concept, or sublease for the location; she has stated the cafe remains open and all bookings are being honored in the meantime.
