The scoop

Stargazer is an all-day coffee and cocktail bar at Springdale Station in East Austin, in the space that used to house Austin Eastciders. The menu pairs a full espresso list, including signature drinks like the Cinnabomb and Golden Moon, with craft cocktails, mocktails, wine, draft beer and THC beverages, plus charcuterie boards, snack bowls and rotating pastries. Food trucks are part of the setup, pizza from Bambino Pizza next door can be ordered in, and the calendar includes live music nights and cosmic-themed dance parties. The bar goes 21+ after 5pm.

Stargazer opened on Friday, Nov. 15, 2024, taking over the former Austin Eastciders space at Springdale Station. It is the newest concept from Moya and Colin McIntyre, the local couple who own the East Austin wedding venue Springdale Station, which the site calls its sister business. Stargazer describes itself as a woman-owned "third space to gather, unwind, and connect."
