Doxa Coffee Roasters is a South Austin coffee shop and in-house roastery on Monterey Oaks Boulevard, serving handcrafted espresso drinks, matcha, chai, and single-origin coffee. The name means "glory or excellence" in Greek, reflecting the founders' focus on quality and genuine community connection.
Doxa Coffee Roasters was founded in 2022 by Nick and JT, who bonded over faith, fly fishing, camping, and cooking for loved ones, and wanted to build more than a business — a welcoming gathering space for their community. They now operate two South Austin-area locations, Monterey Oaks and Way South in Manchaca, and roast their own single-origin coffees in-house.
