The scoop
Meanwhile Brewing Co. is a 15bbl brewery and taproom at 3901 Promontory Point Dr that opens at 8am daily with full coffee and espresso service alongside wine, cider, frozen cocktails and rotating beers. It is a brewery first, with coffee as a real daytime program; three food trucks and a big outdoor property round it out.
Meanwhile was founded by Will Jaquiss, formerly of Breakside Brewing in Portland, Oregon, who brought Nao Ohdera over from Breakside. The taproom opened to the public on October 16, 2020 after an earlier planned April opening.
