A San Antonio-born roastery and cafe with a downtown Austin outpost, Revolución pairs house-roasted coffee and cold-pressed juices with plant-forward breakfast tacos, bowls, and smoothies. The San Jacinto Blvd location is open daily and draws a mix of downtown workers and visitors for quick, health-focused bites.
Founded in 2012 in San Antonio, Revolución built its brand around a three-pillar mission of community sourcing, environmental responsibility, and made-from-scratch quality — including never using plastic cutlery, donating juice pulp to vegan farms, and producing plant-based milks in house. It has since expanded to four locations: three in San Antonio (Olmos Park, Alamo Heights, Downtown) and one in downtown Austin.
